Marcia brings over 25 years of in-depth high-end national catalog experience with catalogers from Neiman Marcus to Norm Thompson. Her strong background in catalog design and art direction, plus her breadth of experience in production management, provides a solid foundation for handling all aspects of catalog project management. Marcia is able to pull together all the complex components of design, photo, copy, proofing, revisions, traffic, scheduling, print management, and more to deliver a superior catalog product on schedule, and on budget, time after time.

Mark Koch

Senior Designer, brings 25 years of catalog and direct mail design. His work combines solid marketing strategies with dynamic creative to deliver your product and message to your customer successfully and on budget. He is a recipient of a DMA Bronze Echo Award, a Pioneer Award - Direct Marketing Creative Guild West, and the DMA Gold Echo Award. Mark’s catalog designs include Nautilus, Miles Kimball, C.C. Filson (MCM’s 2011 Catalog of the Year, and 2012 Gold), Mauna Loa, Baudville, Allen Brothers and Pendleton Woolen Mills.

Carrie Chapin

Vice President Marketing, delivers 20 years catalog experience in merchandising, marketing, analysis and internet for both consumer and B-to-B. She’s produced catalogs for Current USA, Meduri World Delights and many more, and spearheaded a spin-off catalog for Diet Direct, and two spin-off catalogs for Paper Direct. She brings excellent analytical, organizational, negotiation and communication skills, and expertise that includes sales analysis, product conception, art direction, catalog layout, web, email, procurement and inventory control. Her in-depth experience includes gifts, food, apparel, office supplies, books, and archival products.

Bryan Coates

production director

Production Director, specializes in catalog page building, Photoshop, and prepress. He is also McIntyre Direct’s primary web/html email designer — concepting, writing and designing successful campaigns for a variety of clients. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in painting, his art has hung in the Capitol Building, Washington D.C. and his magazine illustrations have appeared in NW Airlines’ World Traveler in-flight magazine and others.

Richard Price, Head of Circulation & Mailing, delivers over 30 years catalog circulation, database marketing, segmentation analysis, promotion analysis, reporting and sales projection experience. His extensive knowledge includes multi-channel companies across retail, continuity and multi-title catalogs. Rich is adept at both strategic and tactical phases of circulation and mailing management, having directed circulation, customer acquisition, retention and reactivation efforts for companies that include Frederick’s of Hollywood, PBS, Time Life, Gaiam, Allen Brothers, PetSmart, Cosmetique, Mud Hole Custom Tackle, and Frontgate.

Her broad, 30+ years experience with cataloging in multi-channel environments, plus her common-sense, bottom-line approach, have won clients from Vermont Country Store to Nautilus to C.C. Filson, plus 180 more over the past 25 years. A three-time ECHO award winner, McIntyre has addressed marketers in Europe, Australia and New Zealand, has written and been quoted in publications worldwide, and has been a regular columnist and blogger for TotalRetail magazine and American Catalog Mailers Association.
